Removing the internal chassis

  • For safety reasons, please turn off your LG Optimus P970 before replacing its headphone jack.
  • Using your plastic spatula, remove the Rear cover of your LG P970 .
  • Gently lever the Battery for your LG Optimus P970In order to deposit it.
  • Use a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the screws that hold the internal chassis to the display unit.
  • Insert your plastic spatula between the inner chassis and the screen block and gently lever to separate the one from the other.
  • You can now drop the Internal chassis of your LG Optimus P970 .

Replacing the headphone jack connector

  • Reuse your plastic spatula to disconnect the headphone jack connector from the motherboard.
  • Disconnect the table from the Camera face of your LG Optimus P970 As shown on the video.
  • Gently lever with your spatula to remove the jack connector from the chassis.
  • Once you have deposited, you can replace the Jack plug of your LG Optimus P970By another of the same quality, available on our online shop.
